Our audience is men and women ( higher percentage men) that work in title insurance offices. Audience tends to be “older”- 40-60 years old, with some millennials starting to replace the retirees. This is a conservative industry and the target companies/audience can be in urban areas or in small rural towns.

No matter what, we don’t want to come off as “stodgy”. We have industry certifications that have meaning – ISO 27001 and ALTA Elite Provider. In almost all our written blogs, we have attempted to show our competence, reliability and professionalism. Those are central to our brand.

We need the 3 logos-- ISO, ALTA Elite Provider, 35 yrs all on the home page- to demonstrate our credibility and commitment to excellence.
