Wordpress Theme Needed

Need a wordpress theme that I can upload to wordpress and use right away. I want it based on ppc-coach.com with a nice header, a "sub-header", (see "what I want section"), then the body, a sidebar on the left and footer.

I am launching a blog for my main site ppc-coach.com and need a template that ties in nicely with that design/colors. I also need to be able to have a spot for banner ad sales as described in the short summary, (6 125 x 125 banner spots in the sidebar, 1 468 x 60 in the header somewhere). I would also like a gradient background for this. The layout is: header, two column, (left side is posts, right side is a sidebar with menu and banner spots), then a footer.

I want to just plug it into the wordpress template system to use it.

- header with a nice suttle faded background?
- menu below header with the following:- Home
- About
- Contact Us
- Advertise
- (all these can just be text of course)
- sub header divided in 3 even sections, (same background color)
- 1 section for "popular posts"
- 1 section for an opt in list (email and name form)
- 1 section for "recommended moneymakers"
- the body has the posts on the left
- sidebar on the right, in the sidebar have the following sections:- subscribe section for the rss feed
- sponsor section with 125 x 125 banners, (2 wide please by 3 down)
- "featured sites" section
- "recent articles" section
- "recent comments" section
- "top commentators" section
- "categories" section
- Note: the order of the last couple sections doesn't matter
- footer has 3 even sections, (same background color?), as follows:- "recommended moneymakers" (just text links)
- "recent readers" (for mybloglog)
- "links"- something like johnchow.com or uberaffiliate.com but not those colors or background, (layout wise I like).
- to be able to just upload it to wordpress to use it
- a fixed width of 750px give or take, (not 100% fluid).
- colors/style to match existing site
