Design bold, minimalistic website for a cool innovation management start up

Manage Mind provides virtual teams of project and operations managers for businesses active in innovation, functioning as their agile, remote workforce. This business model enables our client organisations to remain lean and focus their resources on what is important to them (R&D and, ultimately, value growth), while we coordinate between their outsourced service providers to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget and up to quality standards. Our business model is innovative, our team is young and intellectually diverse, and the way we work is virtual and agile. We would like our website to reflect our identity as an innovative, problem-solving and reliable company. Target audience: Potential clients (start-ups and other businesses in the innovation industries, including MedTech, Pharma, Biotech, AgTech and Clean tech), investors in client organisations and new talent that we may be recruiting.

Our idea is to have a bold but minimal corporate website that is UX/UI friendly and works well on desktop, mobile and tablet. It is important to us that our website showcases the team in a creative way, as our people are our most important asset. Our homepage should accommodate the content on our current homepage (www.managemind.ch); we are open to reorganising the order of the sections. We would like images to dominate and the team to stand out (we will develop bios for the team members to be on the actual website, rather than to redirect to their LinkedIn profiles, which is the case now). We think a combination of photos with infographics could be a useful tool to showcase the kind of work we do and make the text more palatable. The goal of our homepage is to make our company appear innovative, capable and reliable, to drive new business (phone calls/emails). We would like 2 pages designed; the homepage and a blog page showcasing all of our blog posts.

The CMS we are using is WordPress and the builder is Elementor.
