Procedure C-Level candidates
Our way of working is highly committed; we only accept a search if we feel we can guarantee placement 100%. In order for that to work, we need to have the right chemistry with our client, feel excited about the company and the roles. We are looking for true partnership.
The search for C-Level candidates, Heads of development or VP of Engineering typically takes us between 3 and 4 months to complete. Aside from the HR department, we would like access to all decision makers in the hiring process and their future direct colleagues. From these conversations, we create a hiring plan that confirms the roles and the hiring process. With all stakeholders on board, we commence our search process.
Typically, we speak face-to-face to 20-25 candidates per role in our offices and introduce 5-6 suitable candidates.
We plan evaluation moments after our clients have completed the interviews with the first 2 candidates, to make sure all stakeholders in the hiring process are satisfied with the candidates.
After placement of the candidates, we like to be kept in the loop to help onboard our candidates.
Fee structure C-level candidates
Our fee structure involves 3 parts; 1/3 upfront fee, 1/3 at signing of the employee contract, 1/3 upon completion of the probation period. Our pricing is 35% of the base salary + holiday allowance.
Development and DevOps teams
Many of our clients express interest in our help to recruit senior Development and Devops engineers.
The search for senior Development and Devops engineers typically takes us between 3 and 4 months to complete. Similarly to the C-level search, we would like access to all decision makers in the hiring process and the future direct colleagues. From these conversations, we create a hiring plan that confirms the roles and the hiring process. With all stakeholders on board, we commence our search process that we execute with the help of trusted partners.
Typically, we speak face-to-face to 20-25 candidates per role in our offices and introduce 3-4 suitable candidates per placed engineer.
We plan evaluation moments after the first interviews to make sure the hiring process is going well. After placement of the candidates, we like to be kept in the loop to help onboard our candidates.

Our fee structure involves 3 parts; 1/3 upfront fee, 1/3 at signing of the employee contract, 1/3 upon completion of the probation period. Our pricing is between 25% and 35% of the base salary + holiday allowance, this amount depends on the salary range and precise fee structure we agree on.
