(1) Home Page - AKA "What we do". It has the following sections:
i) "What do we do" - image plus text - eg something a bit like the blue band at the top of http://svsg.co/ but with slightly different content. Rather than have a block of text here, we'd like something more visual. We had an idea about having several word wheels (see attached image below) to show all the different permutations of things that we can do. For instance, if we had the following three word wheels then that's trying to show we can do everything from "Interim CTO looking at architecture" to "COO coaching focusing on people":
Interim <--> Consulting <--> Coaching <--> Review [The type of engagement]
Technology (CTO) <--> Operations (COO) <--> Product (CPO) [The area of the business we help with]
People <--> Processes <--> Architecture [What we look at within each area of the business]
Obviously there's a lot of different ways we could represent these interactions, so feel free to take this idea as a starting point and develop it in other directions...
As a strap-line in this section, we'd like "Experienced hands-on leaders who get results"
ii) "Where we can help": Four sections (eg a bit like the Seed / Venture / SME / Enterprise sections on http://svsg.co/) but with text as follows:

ii) Info about individual team members - a bit like http://www.saccade.co/about-us/saccade-team but with fewer people (only 3-6 people initially)
iii) Button at bottom to take you to contact-us page
(3) Client Success. It has the following sections:
i) Introductory text -- could be similar format to section (i) of Home Page. "Our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and have a wide range of experience across organisations large and small in many different sectors. Whatever industry you're in, whatever size you are, we can tailor our advice and assistance to fit. Our focus is always on your success."
ii) "A selection of our collective experience" A grid/cloud of client logos (each linking to the relevant external website in a new page - similar for example to what's near the bottom of http://svsg.co/). Most of the logos are now attached to this brief in a zip file.
iii) Carousel of testimonials from selected ustomers
iv) Button at bottom to take you to contact-us page
(4) Articles - Index Page & Individual Articles grouped by theme. Articles are blog posts probably, but we call them articles instead. Page has following elements:
i) Introdutory text about "advice is easy; implementing it is hard" -- could be similar format to section (i) of Home Page
ii) Index of individual articles - probably at the side of the page somewhere - and ideally grouped by topic. (Topics include "Product Development", "Technology", "Operating Models", "Teams")
iii) The body of an article (whichever one is selected) -- consisting of an article-specific image (which we'll provide for each article), headline, and article text. Note however that when you first come to "Articles", we might not show an article -- just the other parts of the page.
iv) Teaser links to 2-3 "featured" articles - small image, article title and first few lines of text
v) Button at bottom to take you to contact-us page
(5) Contact Us. Page has the following elements:
i) Introductory text about getting in touch with us with questions or for a no-obligation call or meeting -- and about how we don't do high-pressure sales -- could be similar format to section (i) of Home Page
ii) Simple form for people to put:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Very simple CAPTCHA of some sort (see eg http://svsg.co/contact-us/)
