Coaching und Beratung. Ich berate im Fokus Startups und Mittelstand im Bereich Category Management, Produkt und Vertriebsstrategie v.a. für E-Commerce bzw. Distanzhandel und Integration des Bereichs E-Commerce in vorhandene (stationär geprägte) Strukturen. Weiterhin biete ich Team-Coachings, Führungskräfte-Coachings und Business-Coaching an, die sich häufig aus einem Businessprojekt heraus ergeben.

Mein Grundsatz ist, dass die Normalität ist, dass alles im Fluss ist und die Stagnation der Zustand ist, den es zu erforschen und zu verändern gilt. Dies gilt für das Geschäftsprozesse ebenso wie für persönliche, psychodynamische Prozesse => daher present flow. Eine liegende Acht kann ich mir daher sehr gut als Teil des Logos vorstellen, da ich mit dem Oszillieren zwischen unterschiedlichen Polen/ Zuständen auch in meinem Ansatz arbeite. Mir ist wichtig, dass das Logo einerseits die Seriosität der Beratung ausstrahlt, jedoch auch die Weiblichkeit und die Psychodynamische Komponente, ohne ins Esoterische abzudriften. Bitte auch die KI-basierten Logos im Anhang beachten. Das Gewinnerlogo soll entsprechend eigenständiger und individueller sein!
