Help us design our Family Crest

We are a family that is looking to design its family crest

We need help designing our family crest, which should include elements that represent us:
- An Owl and an Hawk, as the two pillars of the crest, facing each other
- A big Red Wood with a nest in it
- A crown at the top of the crest
- The Quebec flag with 1 of the 4 fleur de lys replaced by the sun from the Argentinian flag
- A parchment banner reading "Sapientia et Celeritatem"

Finally, I like "old school" type crest design.

I've made a sketch (I'm not much of an artist, apologies in advance) to represent what we had in mind, but we are opened to creativity.
