Create an adorable world for my penguin to inhabit, full of bright color and movement

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Purples: Imagination, spirituality, royalty and luxury.
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.

I have in my head the idea of a cute, fat, cartoon penguin that I can dress up and change backgrounds according to season/holiday. For example, an island with a swaying palm tree as a GIF in the background and sunglasses and a lei to add to the penguin for summer, fireworks GIF for background and something festive for the penguin to wear for the Fourth of July. I want different backgrounds and accessories for all holidays, seasons, probably a birthday. I want movement and the ability to change him up whenever I feel like it. Purple is my favorite color, but other than that, use whatever creative freedom you like! oh, and a speech bubble for the penguin would be great
