We like modern and class; clean lines and leaning toward minimalism. Our goal is to convey to our clients a sense of our unique community; incorporating sailboats with possibly a Mt. Rainier backdrop are all great ways to show our town pride.
This image will be used as a real estate sign and as such will need to contain "Brokers on the Bay" and a phone number to call. These signs will be the shape of our logo with "Brokers on the Bay" and number to call.
It will NOT be a standard 20" by 30" sign board that you see in-front of homes that are listed for sale, but an actual cutout of our logo similar in size. People driving by will need to be able to read the text and numbers.
