The logo should look simple, slick, futuristic and corporate with a twist.
The letters TMD should be the central element and if appropriate a small logo could be added or the letters could be the logo. The three letters all come together and could be resembled with an arrow that goes from T through M and end in D or the three letters could be connected somehow.
Each letter also resembles a single element and each letter should have a specific colour (Google logo inspired). T could be dark blue, M could be green and D could be red.
You could play with a logo resembling connectivity, regional expertise or something else, but focus on the three letters.
