IMPORTANT update - the logo can't be focused on the "WP" part. The icon can't be W, WP, or WordPress. We don't own that brand.

Please present logos on a plain white background only. Do not mock them up on screens, phones, etc. Show them on a dark background or on the logo's primary color background to see how they look inverted, but the white background is primary.

This is a logo for a paid WordPress plugin called "WP Captcha". It's used to add various forms of CAPTCHA protection to a WordPress site to fight spam and bots.

One of the CAPTCHA versions it supports is the reCAPTCHA from Google (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/), which is by far the most popular implementation. Most people associate that Google's logo with the term "captcha". Obviously, we can't copy their logo, but it would be great if we can have some resemblance or association to it so that people understand what the plugin does.

The logo should inspire trust, security, and confidence in users. It should look serious. Not childish.

The simpler, the better. No shadows (or minimal if really needed), no 3D, no gradients, or anything like that. As far as colors go - blueish, or whatever conveys the feelings mentioned above. Or maybe even do the whole thing in non-colors with just a detail in the primary color. But again, keep it simple. One primary color + some non-colors.

The logo needs to have something that we can use in 1:1 situations, like a favicon. It can be a separate icon or some detail from the logo. For the logo, you can do just the text part "WP Captcha", and then maybe do something with one of the letters or do the classic "icon + text".
