DESCRIPTION
The program allows the user to upload a document and then deliver it to a recipient. The recipient can then sign the document. This is similar to docusign only that siyodo is easier to access and will offer a variety of different authorization options (email,. SMS, ID card, Google, Facebook, ...).

TARGET GROUP
FREE USERS (individuals and small businesses) can use the system for free (with limited functionality). They upload documents to the portal and have the portal deliver it to a recipient via email. The recipient accesses the portal via the document (link and/or QR code) and can then choose between different authorization options, authorizes himself and signs the document. The sender of the document then receives the document with a stamp and a certificate that describes the signing and authorization.

Optionally, siyodo recognizes fields to be filled in the document and automatically creates "real" PDF form fields, CheckBoxes, RadioButtons, ...

LICENSED USERS (larger companies) can customize the system to their own CI and use additional features like an API, ... .

BESCHREIBUNG
Das Programm erlaubt es dem Anwender, ein Dokument hochzuladen und dann einem Empfänger zuzustellen. der Empfänger kann dann das Dokument unterzeichnen. Das ist ähnlich wie docusign nur, dass siyodo einfacher zugänglich ist und eine Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Autorisierungsmöglichkeiten (E-Mail,. SMS, Personalausweis, Google, Facebook, ...) anbieten wird.

ZIELGRUPPE
KOSTENLOSTE NUTZER (Privatpersonen und kleine Unternehmen) können das System kostenlos nutzen (mit eingeschränktem Funktionsumfang) Sie laden Dokumente in das Portal und lassen dieses vom Portal einem Empfänger per E-Mail zustellen. Der Empfänger erreicht über das Dokument (Link und/oder QR-Code) auf das Portal und kann dann zwischen verschiedenen Autorisierungsmöglichkeiten auswählen, sich autorisieren und das Dokument signieren. Der Absender des Dokuments erhält dann das Dokument mit einem Stempel und einem Zertifikat, dass die Signierung und Autorisierung beschreibt.

Optional erkennt siyodo im Dokument auszufüllende Felder und erstellt automatisch "echte" PDF-Formularfelder, CheckBoxen, RadioButtons, ...

LIZENSIERTE NUTZER (größere Unternehmen) können das System an ihr eigenes CI anpassen und weitere Features wie z.B. eine API, ... nutzen.
