We are looking to create an ad campaign of a full and/or half page print advertisement to be placed in trade journals and/or other magazine print media. Our hope is to ultimately select a designer who will create an ad that sets a theme for two or three similar ads in one-on-one work later. The first ad to be made in this contest would solicit cases for several practice areas including personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse/neglect, and sexual abuse. The later ads to be made one-on-one will focus on: (2) Workers' Compensation cases; (3) "MDL cases" (a.k.a. mass tort), specifically seeking clients who have been harmed by (a) defective hip implants, (b) IVC filters (c) Bair Hugger Warming Blanket, (d) Risperdal, and (e) Taxotere. The ad needs to be unique and eye catching. The ads will cycle in the journals in consecutive months, thus we'd like them similarly themed for branding purposes.
On page 6 is our current ad. That is a half-page ad, but we also run full page ads in other journals. However, on page 17 you'll see our competition's ad, and they have have a unique ad. We are looking for something unique, but, of course, ours needs to be completely different from our competition's ad. Please do not submit anything that looks like our competitors ad (in our last campaign we didn't make that clear enough).
On page 6 of this journal, you'll find another of our competitor's ads.
They cycle these unquie, but commonly themed ads.
We like the uniqueness, common theme, and cycling ad approach. https://www.osbar.org/bulletin/issu…index.html
