Tree Certificate

We do carbon footprint and trees plantation to offset the carbon that a company has released.

I would need a certificated saying a company has planted trees.
On the certificate I would like to see:
- A title "Tree Certificate"
- A text "This certificate is proudly presented to:"
- Company name
- A text saying the quantity of trees planted (important)
- Another text describing the certificate.
- My logo in background in grey (without any color)
- A space for the company logo who paid to plant trees
- A space for date
- A light background difficult which make difficult to change the name

I found a very nice certificate but I cannot buy it, so please take example of it. (Exemple_1)
On the second certificate, you can see a background which is not easy to repeat, I would need the same idea on my final certificate.

Also, on the certificate, plz don't add color shade on the text. (As you can see on "Tree Certificate" and "500 Trees planted in Haiti")
