The full size included the shield with facial hair illustrations in a typical 4 quadrant configuration and helm complete with beard. the logo type is printed on the mantle curling around the shield which is a continuing theme through out.
The 2nd treatment was the helm and mantle. I thought it would be suitable for use on some items with a more square space for imprint.
The 3rd treatment is just the logo type on a geometric stylized ribbon for more abreviated applications.")

I created this pair of eyes by \"breaking a record\" so to speak. I wanted to bring in the music theme in an aggressive way. I created angry eyebrows using their name in a font with sketchy detail and sized the eyes to imitate cartoon like perspective.")

The design was for the winter holiday season and since they didnot specify a Christmas theme I kept it wintery with a snowman. they specified 2-3 colors for the design.
I created a snowman by dipping 3 different sized mugs in coffee and pressed the bottoms on paper. I then created the snowman face and buttons by arranging coffee beans. In photoshop i manipulated the color to the shops logo pantone and added the wintery accents of snow drifts and used splatter paintbrush strokes in blue for snow to keep with the coffee spill looking graphic.")

I have a Bachelors Degree in the field of Visual Communications. I have worked several years as a graphic designer in a Press Printing Shop. Currently I am at home raising my two children, both under 2. I prefer clean, firm lines in my design. I love typography.
