The font is Bookman Old Style as this is a traditional and stable. Values that should be asscoiated with any school.
There is no hill, but the building needs to be grounded. Hence the green surface. The blue represents the sky.
If you look closely, the windmill takes on the shape of an arrow. This represents growth.")
