I’m truly sorry to hear that you felt you had a bad experience — this is the first time I’ve encountered such feedback, and I genuinely put a lot of effort into your project.
I completed everything we originally agreed on, as well as many additional tasks (including SEO), all within a very modest budget. I completely understand if you hoped for even more features, but unfortunately I did not have the time to continue adding extra items for free, such as accessibility adjustments and other elements you requested. I felt it would be unprofessional to continue working beyond the agreed scope without proper communication.
Regarding product names — adding them was never a problem, but I didn’t receive the list of names from you, so I couldn’t complete that part. I was also waiting quite a long time for your replies, and a project usually requires active communication from both sides. Despite that, I fixed all issues and delivered everything you asked for.
Once again, I am very sorry if you weren’t fully satisfied. I sincerely offered my support to adjust the design and functionality until you felt happy with the results. Sometimes things like a Facebook link can break unexpectedly, even if it worked before — and it’s completely fine to let the designer know so we can fix it together. It’s your project, and teamwork and communication are important on both sides.
