What I managed to do here? I used letters \"M\" and \"I\" like a base and with them I tried to make some symbol with meaning of trading. And what is the end result - symbol with lines that go in different directions and cross each other. Similar like trading - come from one place and go to another. I hope that you understand the point? Also, whole design have that luxurious and sophisticated look.")

I'm really glad that I found the way to combine this elements in bold and clever symbol. In the same time, I paid attention that this symbol can be used like a app icon in the future. As you can see, app icons looks pretty well.

Logo was made in a very modern way, but it is still simple and sophisticated. I paid attention on every detail and I tried to made this design perfectly as much as I can. Also I put something extra in a design just to intensify \"IT\" part of their business. I used some lines and dots to represent how their tool finds performance problems in applications. Red dot is for affected part and because of that I put it in the middle of magnifier. I got great feedbacks for this, but I didn't managed to be in the finals.")

He came to me with a invitation for his contest and after I seen a brief, I decided to do something. This was my solution for his travel blog and I'm quite satisfied with results. The main idea for this design was came from the name of blog - Aurai. Just like Adam explained - in Greek mythology, the Aurai are the winged nymphs of the breezes, daughters of the god of the North Wind, Boreas. So, I decided to use a couple of elements in order to get such a feeling. On the end, we have a symbol who is a combination of, for me, four key elements - wind, spiral and letters \"A\" and \"O\". Also I added some sort of rustic feeling and shadow, just to complete a whole picture.")

Basically, the name \"fotiwelt\" was created from two german words. One word is for \"photo\" and the other is for \"globe\". From the beginning client didn't had a clear idea what he want and I just tried to make something with a different forms of letter \"S\", but that didn't work for him. Suddenly, client came up with some great idea for concept. He wanted to incorporate his date of birth(7. july) somehow in this design and I finally had something for working. I took a letter \"S\" and with him and two number seven I made such a bold symbol. Of course, numbers are not on first spot here. Nevertheless, this is not a personal logo for client. This is a design for his business and numbers are here just to give a secret meaning of design.")

We decided to continue with something different and more appropriate to the country where this service will be - Australia.
And what can I say? Which animal is more appropriate to Australia besides kangaroo? Maybe the koala, but the kangaroo is a national animal in this country and when someone say \"Australia\", we instinctively think about this marsupial.
When I do such of thing, it must be with my style of designing. Simple and modern logo with a little touch of uniqueness. Also I put a few apples in the same style on the top of kangaroo just to symbolize delivery part of this service. End result was incredible for client and he decided to chose me for the finals, but unfortunately his team made other decision and my logo came to the second place. It's not matter. I'm still very satisfied with this contest and design.")

But in this particular case I think that I managed to do such a thing. I worked really hard to combine this two letters in some way and I also wanted to make an elegant and sophisticated design. On the end, I can say that result is very good. Logo design stands for himself and even if you wouldn't realize these letters in a logo immediately, this combination is stunning!

I must to say that I'm really satisfied with what I managed to do here, because this logo design pretends to be one of a kind!
Here I combined elements of a oak tree(precisely acorn) with a tooth. In the final result upper part of acorn represent a crown of a tooth, and lower part represent a tooth's root. On the end, I completed this design with a few oak tree leaves, very modern color palette and such a nice font. What a magnificent result!

In other hand, you have a plenty of elements that you can use to represent orthodontic practice, like a hawley retainers. Hawley retainer looks just like this symbol that I made, without a few modifications that you can see on it. That is because I didn't want to make just a regular retainer. I wanted to make something that really fits for this business and also to be appropriate for regular people who never seen retainers before. You know that high percent of people connect only tooth with a dental practice and for that I put a small one here in a negative space. Also, from a body of retainer I made a letter \"M\", which is the first letter of the name of Dr. Winterfeld. On the end I really like the results. Logo is highly unique and you could say that stands out from a bunch of generic logos that we can see on every contest for a dentist logo.")

This winning combination is the main reason why I took a part in this contest. From the beginning of contest client had a clear vision that he want to get a nice piece of joker illustration, which he could place on a business card. But, when I participates in this type of contests, I really don't want to make some complex illustration. And how you can see, I didn't.
I really had idea to make some simple, clean, modern, but joyful and funny design. Also, this design had to have a sort of my creativity and uniqueness.
