I have three things in mind while brainstorming ideas for the concept: a mechanic, a wrench, and a car. So I created this cool-looking mechanic from a wrench and wearing car-shaped hat on top (not so obvious, of course).

I designed this logo to capture the joy and positive energy of receiving a nurse’s cap, representing the moment someone lands a job or welcomes a new team member. It’s a celebration of achievement, belonging, and professional pride.")
