The initial idea of this cover was going through the phases after the cheating took place: on first sight the cover looks like it displays a wedding ring, but, something is off - similar to the wife that realizes something is off with the way her husband behaves...
Then we realize that the ring is broken - the wedding vow has been so, too.
This is, of course, when the book comes into play, and by working through it,
in the end, hopefully, the husband is working back to mending the ring (see \"how to build trust...) and create a lasting marriage (hence the infinity symbol that is visible once the book is open, and being read.)")
