The bottles were extremely small, so fitting all necessary information onto the bottle was difficult, but I feel I achieved the best result possible.
The company doesn't have a logo, so I created a lockup using typography as well as created an illustration that reflects the brand name, and incorporated the product itself - the hot air balloon has a coffee glass with ice as a basket.
As the product didn't have any photography, I used the bottle image from the link provided by the client as well as an image online to create the visuals/mockups. I encouraged the client to photograph the product itself as opposed to using my mockups if the label is chosen as a final design.")

The online nature of the company inspired me to keep the logo simple and modern to reflect the brand itself. I useda blank open book to reflect the start of a new piece of work, as well as a simple representation of a literary object as the brand publishes a wide variety of written pieces. The broken lines symbolise inspiration and excitement of a new piece.
The logo is simple enough to be used across a variety of different merchandise should the company want to expand into this area.")

The brief was to capture this and bring it to life in their menu. I added food elements as well as turn paper to add visual interest, break up the menu to make it easier to read and add depth to the design.")
