Logo for an educational and mentoring platform about the Python programming language

PlacePython

PlacePython is the name I've chosen for a french-speaking educational platform dedicated to programming using the Python programming language. It's main offer is one-to-one mentorship, in addition to written and video courses. As a professor at the University of Applied Sciences Fribourg (Switzerland), my goal is to build an online space where to publish my courses about good practices with Python and the use of its web frameworks.
The public targeted by this educational platform are french-speaking students and graduated professionals seeking to learn more about good and professional development practices, mainly related to web development featuring the Python-related technologies. Accuracy and reliability of information are the two qualities I wish to convey.
Place Python is by the way a square centrally-located in the city of Fribourg, Switzerland. I've chosen the name because of my passion for the Python Programming language (language named after the Monty Python's Flying Circus show, but also playing with the image of the snake) which I have been practicing and teaching for 20 years now. However, the Place Python square is also a square where people meet in Fribourg during summer music festivals and various other events. These ideas of meeting and community are as important as the ideas of professionalism and development good practices. Indeed, people potentially interested by the website already meet through a community on the discord chat server.

The exact text is PlacePython (in one word). I like both icon-based icon and text-based depending on the context. Iconography around education or python might be adapted. Text-based might however have an advantage in terms of brand recognition. I'd like to transmit the idea of serious and precise content without being either too serious or too cartoon. Icon-based logos or mixed icon-text logos have the advantage of being used as favicons or app buttons or server-selection button on a chat server like Discord as illustrated here https://i.gyazo.com/877e5323968ddcf…657c47.png. Being able to recognize the logo on favicons and buttons is important to me, event if it's one a part of it (e.g. some icon part of a icon+text logo).
