As someone who has experienced the loss of pets, I wanted the design to reflect both grief and healing. The clean, minimalist style with a simple, readable font follows the author’s vision, and the soft blue palette conveys a sense of calm. The white illustrations of a cat, dog, and duck represent some of the pets mentioned in the biography. With a Master’s in Landscape Architecture and 10+ years in studios across Melbourne and Seville, I’ve expanded my creative practice from landscape design into illustration and surface pattern design.
